IBLD Submission Guidelines
Submission Requirements

All submissions must be made through the Google Form in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format.

All the submissions are subject to plagiarism, similarity and AI check. A similarity index of 20% is to be strictly adhered to for all submissions.

Cross-posting is allowed. However, this is subject to the condition that such cross posting should acknowledge the fact that the blog was originally posted on the IBLD blog.
Formatting and Citations

The body of the manuscript should be in Garamond, font size 12, with 1.5 line spacing. Maintain margins of 1 inch on all sides.

The Word limit for submission is 1000-1500.

Hyperlinks must be provided for all mentioned case laws, statutory materials, statistics and other resources. If authors cannot hyperlink, they can instead utilise endnotes in accordance with the OSCOLA 4th edition citation style.

Citation should be in Garamond, font size 10, with ingle line spacing.

The manuscript should not contain the name of the author(s), institutional affiliation, or any other identification mark.

Co-authorship is allowed for manuscripts with up to two authors.
Editorial and Submission Policy

Submissions must adhere strictly to these guidelines, and the Editorial Board reserves the right to reject manuscripts on a preliminary basis if these requirements are not met.

Each submission is reviewed by a two-stage blind review process.

Submissions would be reviewed by the IBLD Editorial Board.

The review of the manuscript by the editorial board may require up to 2 Weeks. Authors can seek updates in case of delays through email at our official email address cblt@rgnul.ac.in.

All editorial decisions are final, and authors will be expected to make necessary revisions as recommended by the Editorial Board before final acceptance.
