Submission Guidelines

The submission should address contemporary issue(s) in the field of business, commercial and taxation laws. Such as:

Mergers and Acquisitions.

Competition Law.
-
Banking and Insurance.
-
Data Privacy.
-
Fintech laws.
-
White-Collar crimes.
-
Direct and Indirect Tax.
-
Kindly note that the aforementioned themes are indicative only. The authors may write on any contemporary issue in the field of business, commercial and taxation laws.

The article should be submitted in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx) on the Google Form.

Co-authorship is permitted up to two (2) authors only.

Word Limit: 1000-1500 words.

All the submissions are subject to plagiarism, similarity and AI check. A similarity index of 20% is strictly adhered to for all submissions.
Submission Style Guidelines

Use Garamond font, size 12, with line spacing of 1.5.

Maintain margins of 1 inch on all sides.

Citations should be hyperlinked within the document and the portion being referenced. The Editorial Board reserves the right to add additional links to sources relevant to the post.

The manuscript should not contain the name of the author(s), institutional affiliation, or any other identification mark.
Review Process

Each submission is reviewed by a two-stage blind review process. The editors retain the discretion of accepting, rejecting or requesting any changes to be made in the said submission.
